HabitCurve is a habit tracking app designed to help you create habits, follow guided journeys, set reminders, and understand your progress. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use HabitCurve.

Information You Create in the App

HabitCurve lets you create habit names, descriptions, categories, colors, icons, schedules, reminder times, progress logs, journey progress, and app preferences such as language and theme.

This information is used to provide the core habit tracking features inside the app.

Local Storage

HabitCurve currently stores your habit and progress data locally on your device. We do not operate a HabitCurve account system or cloud sync service at this time.

If you delete the app, your local app data may be deleted by your device operating system. If you use device backups, your operating system provider may include app data in those backups according to your device settings.

Notifications

If you enable habit reminders, HabitCurve uses your device notification permission to schedule reminder notifications. Notification content may include the habit title you created so the reminder is useful to you.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or by turning reminders off inside the app.

Purchases and Subscriptions

HabiCheck may offer optional Pro features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription management provider RevenueCat.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Store and subscription providers may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, transaction information, device/store metadata, and related technical data needed to provide, restore, and manage Pro access.

Support Contact

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use this only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Third-Party Services

HabiCheck may rely on third-party services including:

Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution and billing.
RevenueCat for subscription status and purchase management.
Expo and operating system services for app functionality such as notifications.

These services handle information according to their own privacy policies and platform rules.

To unlock, verify, or restore Pro features.
To respond to support requests.
To maintain app reliability, security, and user experience.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with service providers when needed to operate app features, process purchases, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your direction.

Data Retention and Deletion

Habit data stored locally remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Purchase records are retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and related providers according to their own retention policies.

Children's Privacy

HabitCurve is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the app's features. However, no app, device, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of HabitCurve after changes means the updated policy applies.
