These Terms and Conditions govern your use of HabitCurve, a habit tracking app for creating habits, following journeys, setting reminders, and viewing progress. By using HabitCurve, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

HabitCurve is provided to help you organize personal routines and habit goals. You are responsible for the habits, schedules, notes, categories, and other content you create in the app.

No Medical or Professional Advice

HabitCurve is not a medical, mental health, fitness, financial, legal, or professional advice service. The app may help you track routines, but it does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Always seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

Accounts and Local Data

HabiCheck currently does not require a HabiCheck account. Habit data is generally stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, backups, and app data.

Reminders and Notifications

If you enable reminders, HabiCheck may schedule local notifications on your device. Reminders are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time, because delivery can depend on device settings, operating system behavior, battery settings, permissions, and other factors.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Pro Features

HabiCheck may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, trials, or limited-time offers. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and subscription service providers such as RevenueCat.

Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and taxes may be governed by the store where you made the purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use HabiCheck for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app.
Interfere with the app's security, billing, or Pro access systems.
Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

Intellectual Property

HabitCurve, including its design, branding, software, interface, graphics, and app content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms and applicable app store rules.

Third-Party Services

HabitCurve may integrate with third-party services, including Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Expo, and operating system features. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, or decisions.

Changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of HabitCurve at any time. We may also change free or Pro features as the app evolves.

Disclaimer

HabitCurve is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of HabitCurve.

Termination

You may stop using HabitCurve at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to the app if we believe these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law have been violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of HabitCurve after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
