How to update from QuickCMS PHP version to QuickCMS Laravel version?

We are updating all our products from the core php framework to the Laravel framework. We will launch all future updates in the Laravel framework. Laravel is a great framework that will increase the script's speed and security. And Laravel is very developer friendly so you can customize the script easily and the updates will come faster.

You need to update your QuickCMS PHP version to the Laravel version for future updates. You can still use the PHP version but you will not receive any future updates.

Here are the steps to update the script:

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the QuickCMS PHP version. If not, then first update the PHP version to the latest version. (It's important)
2. Take a backup of all the files and the database.
3. Download the latest QuickCMS version from Envato and place the Laravel version on your server.
4. Now go to your website and you will see an installation form.
5. Follow all the steps and fill in all the details. (Note: you need to enter your old database details. Don't create a new database.)
6. The installation process will handle your old database details and install the new version.
7. After that, you need to copy the "storage" folder from the old files and paste it into the root directory of your website.
8. That's it. You updated to the QuickCMS Laravel Version.

After the update, you must check all the settings and payment gateway details. It is required because all the payment gateways are updated to the latest version.

You also need to check the languages. Because in the new version, many new strings are added. So you have to translate all the strings.

That's it, you can enjoy the new QuickCMS now.
